Suitable Duties Register

As hazardous manual handling risk assessments are completed, Servare’s Data and Insights Portal automatically converts this information into a Suitable Duties Register. This register shows the physical demands of each task — including body areas involved and risk scores — so workplaces can clearly see which duties are appropriate for workers recovering from injury.

It gives leaders, supervisors or return-to-work staff practical guidance to:

• Match duties to a worker’s current capacity.
• Avoid tasks that may aggravate symptoms.
• Support a structured, defensible return-to-work plan.
• Encourage treating doctors to provide clear suitable-duty recommendations.
